Tracy Hulseman

Tracy began her nursing career at Easton Memorial Hospital as a nursing aide. She then completed her Associate’s Degree in Nursing at Wor Wic Community College. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing at University of Maryland and earned her Master’s Degree in Nursing at University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

Tracy specializes in the psychiatric care of children, adolescents and young adults and is known to say that she “has the best job in the world.” She puts patients of all ages at ease with her empathetic, caring demeanor and quickly develops rapport with young patients.

She partners with each patient to determine the best course of treatment, providing information about first-line psychiatric interventions with a focus on evidence-based practice, safety, and culturally competent care. She emphasizes interventions that will be good for the long-term health of the brain and the body. She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents and young adults facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders, as well as those struggling with relationship difficulties and life transitions.

Tracy was born in Germany and raised in Queen Anne’s and Talbot Counties. She is married and has three grown children and two grandchildren. With her family, she lived in Oregon, Florida, and North Carolina, before returning to Easton in 2019.

Tracy is thrilled to be back on the Shore and enjoys cooking, walking her dogs, gardening, and spending time with her family.
